A sleepy ridge of hoodoos glows ethereally with the soft sunrise.

The scenic vista from Bryce Point Overlook is filled with unique perspectives.  Dozens of people can stand within the same fenced off semicircle yet individually can absorb so many different details from the canyon floor below.  You can take in the vastness of Bryce as the rising sun blesses the western face of the Amphitheater or watch the shadows of the trees dance among the hoodoos as they carve through the canyon.  One of my favorite things to do is search for areas that just seem to glow, when the sunlight reflects the vibrant reds and orange from the surrounding structures.  This reflected light almost appears to emanate from within the heart of Bryce, giving the Canyon an ethereal glow as if the red rocks themselves were capable of bio-luminescence.
